The 7-Power Contractor® Signature Financial System with Ellen Rohr

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of The 7-Power Contractor Signature Financial System (SFS) program with Ellen Rohr (the "Program") provided by TMV Enterprises, LLC ("TMV Enterprises").

1.2 By purchasing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Program Description

2.1 The Program includes:

2.1.1 36-lesson self-paced online course

2.1.2 55-page workbook with additional information not included in the videos!

2.1.3 Checklists and documents

2.1.4 Financial Quick Check spreadsheet template

2.1.5 Book recommendations

2.1.6 PDF copies of Ellen Rohr’s best selling books, “Where Did the Money Go?” and “How Much Should I Charge?”

3. Purchase and Access

3.1 Upon purchase of the Program, you will be asked to create an account on our learning management system, Kajabi. If you already have an account, you’ll be taken to your Kajabi Library. (You may have to log in.)

3.2 You will have immediate access to the 36-lesson SFS Course and the Financial System Library.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 If you decide you do not want the Program, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].

4.2 Upon refund, you will lose access to the SFS course and the Financial System library.

4.3 If you have already downloaded materials and you decide to request a refund, you agree to discontinue their use and permanently delete the documents.

4.4 Once 30 days have passed since purchase, the Program becomes 100% non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 TMV Enterprises retains exclusive ownership of and reserves all rights to the Program as delivered, all associated goodwill, as well as copyrights, and other intellectual property rights pursuant to our agreement with Ellen Rohr via Bare Bonez Business, Inc.

5.2 TMV Enterprises grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free limited license to use the videos and forms provided solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, make derivatives of, distribute, sublicense, or reproduce the forms or videos.

5.3 If you wish to use the Program in any other way, such as licensing or franchising, you must enter into a separate expanded license agreement with TMV Enterprises.

6. Deliverables

6.1 Upon purchase, TMV Enterprises will grant you access to the SFS course and editable digital spreadsheet templates

6.2 You will retain access to the Signature Financial System course and Financial System library as the Program is in operation.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The information in this Program provided by TMV Enterprises is meant to serve as a custom guide for your company. However, TMV Enterprises takes no responsibility for compliance with the laws or regulations that govern your specific business.

7.2 Before implementing the financial management processes presented, consult with your trusted business advisers, including your accountant, to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, customs, and regulations.
